Supplementary detail matters more at ten. Are all rooms en-suite? Is the configuration mostly doubles, suiting a wedding party, or mixed for a family reunion? Are there annexe rooms that take the headline higher for an additional charge? The right ten-bedroom house for a hen weekend is rarely the right one for a multi-generational Christmas.
