Eighteen is another awkward number. Groups that aren’t quite a round 16, or that wanted 16 and picked up an extra couple late. Often booked when there’s flexibility built into the property: a bunk room that takes three or four, an annexe that converts.
Most sleeps-16 houses will flex up to 18 with day beds, and most sleeps-20 houses are happy to book with 18 in residence. If your group hasn’t quite settled on a number, browse a bracket either side.
