The House has 10 double bedrooms, 2 of which are suites and all are en-suite. There is a roof terrace with a bbq and bar, a cellar curated by Berry Bros. & Rudd, a cinema and games room and gym. The Ballroom can seat 120 comfortably for dinner.

We have access to the spa facilities at The Retreat at Elcote Park for residential guests, including paddle, indoor and outdoor pool, sauna and treatment rooms – 5 minutes away.
Benham is located close to some of the best trout fishing in the UK, clay pigeon shooting schools and English sparkling wine vineyards.
