Cotswold Manor, which blends traditional charm with contemporary comfort, is the ideal illustration of country house living. Numerous original features, such as large windows that let in a lot of natural light and exposed ancient beams, are present throughout the property. The reception areas have been thoughtfully designed to create distinct spaces for unwinding and having fun.

The centre of the house is the country-style kitchen. It has everything you need to cook, along with a cosy dining area perfect for informal meals and morning gatherings. The elegant dining room has two long tables ideal for more formal gatherings. There is enough space for large gatherings and festive meals. Up to 22 people can sleep comfortably in the property’s ten tastefully furnished bedrooms. Every room was thoughtfully created to be both stylish and comfortable.

Guests can choose from various living areas to relax and unwind in, and the games room has a table tennis table.

The outdoor spaces feature spacious gardens, ideal for outdoor games and activities, as well as a hot tub and sauna. Formal gardens and more natural areas have been incorporated into the grounds’ design.

Location and Things to Do

Cotswold Manor is perfectly located just outside Evesham, with easy rail links to Paddington and only 11 miles from Stratford-upon-Avon. The house offers access to the scenic Cotswolds, with charming villages, rolling hills, and picturesque countryside to explore. Stratford is known for its world-renowned theatres and cultural attractions.

Guests can also enjoy the Cheltenham Gold Cup or visit the Royal Shakespeare Theatre, boutique shops, and local spas in Stratford. Nearby towns like Worcester and Warwick offer medieval castles and scenic riverside walks, making Cotswold Manor an ideal base for exploring the region.

“Cotswold Manor is the kind of house that rewards a proper poke around. There’s a secret passageway, an original bread oven, a ‘Cheese Room’, and (my favourite) a Victorian two-seater lavatory. Yes, really. It’s also right next door to one of the largest Tithe Barns in the country.”

Great property for a large group. We went away as a large family. 5 adults and 10 children. Plenty of space!

The children loved the games room and space to run in the garden and estate. The hot tub was a big plus.

The kitchen is very well stocked for cooking.

Added bonus of being close to brize Norton as there were lots of planes to watch.

We went to Cotswolds wildlife park and attempted to go to Diddlysquat farm (but too big a queue). Great stay
