The property’s nine thoughtfully designed bedrooms can accommodate up to twenty people, making it a fantastic location for weekend parties, family gatherings, and extended trips to explore the region.
The home offers many excellent amenities designed to accommodate a variety of hobbies and pastimes. Guests can enjoy the splendour of a spacious drawing room, the cosiness of a formal dining room, and the entertainment options offered by a media room furnished with gaming consoles. Somerset Manor is conveniently located just off the M5, about 6 miles from Taunton town centre, making it easy to reach by car. The nearest mainline train station is in Taunton, with a quick 15-minute taxi ride to the house. Taunton itself serves as an excellent base for exploring Somerset.
Nearby attractions include Crealy Adventure Park in Exeter, high ropes at Vivary Park in Taunton, and Hestercombe House for garden and art lovers. For a more glamorous day out, the Taunton Race Course offers a full calendar of events. Additionally, extra accommodation is available at a separate price in the stables flat, which sleeps six guests.
