Oakleigh House is a lovely Elizabethan manor in Swaffham, Norfolk. It has a mix of past and present styles. Around 1580, the house was built in the traditional Norfolk flint style. In the 1700s, a Georgian facade was added. Now, it feels like a private club, with carefully chosen art and designer furniture everywhere.

The house has 10 big bedrooms that can fit up to 22 people. They are all well-made so that they look good and feel good. The areas on the ground floor are perfect for having fun and relaxing. They include a grand reception hall leading to several reception areas, such as a library, a formal lounge, and a beautiful dining room with an extendable table perfect for big groups. The kitchen opens up to a gravel garden that is great for barbecues. There is also a bedroom on the ground floor of the garden that is easy to get to.

On the upper floors, there are 9 king-sized bedrooms and 4 wet rooms. The two wet rooms each have a beautiful copper and nickel roll-top bath. A lot of thought has gone into making the whole property feel elegant and inviting, with a mix of old and new features.

The outside areas have private, safe gardens that have been carefully planned for both fun and relaxation. Pets are welcome on the property as long as you let us know ahead of time and there is plenty of parking for guests.

This house is absolutely DIVINE! We had 16 of us staying for a hen do, and the house was perfect. The decoration is so luxurious and we had the best stay here. There is so much space for a large group of people, and at no point did we ever feel like anything was missing. Would love to stay here again!
