We had a lovely time at Nedging Hall to celebrate our Wedding with family and friends over the May BH weekend. The property was perfect and all guests were impressed with the setup. The poolhouse was great fun enjoyed by the children and some adults alike. The service received from Tracey was excellent who was always on hand if needed and very can do with any requests that we had. We would highly recommend Nedging Hall for any occasion

Stunning venue, one of the best I’ve ever been too..huge grounds, great facilities and an all round amazing space to enjoy with family and friends..would consider making it an annual event!

Nedging Hall is an incredible venue for a wide range of events, from corporate retreats and celebrations to weddings and private gatherings.

We recently hosted a client event there and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The rooms were spotless and beautifully maintained, the pool area was brilliant with an excellent sound system, and the games room was a great addition for guests to enjoy throughout the stay.

We worked closely with Tracey throughout the planning process and her communication was outstanding from beginning to end. She was incredibly helpful, responsive, and ensured everything ran smoothly throughout our stay.

Overall, the venue delivered on every level and the team were fantastic to work with. A truly memorable experience and somewhere we would highly recommend. 10/10 ✨

Just returned from a family weekend at Nedging Hall.

The house and grounds are stunning and everything is immaculate. The house has everything you need and the facilities are fantastic.

All of the family had a memorable weekend and we will hopefully look to return again!

My son had his wedding here recently. It is a fabulous venue. The house is amazing and he had the run of it for 4 nights with the bridal party. The grounds are extensive with plenty of opportunity for photos and a place just behind the house for a large marquee. There is a wonderful barn also available for the wedding breakfast seating around 100. Highly recommended.

Nedging Hall is a ‘Wow’. We stayed for 4 nights over 1/2 term celebrating a 75th birthday. The ages of the family ranged from 77 to 2. The whole stay was brilliant with so much space indoors and outside that even though there were 20 of us we never felt crowded. We particularly also loved the dining room with good seating for up to 26; the ‘billiard’ room is enormous; we loved the general standard of furnishings and the amazing pictures!!; the pool house is great and we loved the large swimming pool and the sauna. It was also wonderful to have so much outdoor space around with its own small lake. All the family agree that they would LOVE to go back and I’m sure we will!!! We were lucky enough to hire Nedging Hall to celebrate our wedding weekend.

First, the accommodation is amazing, everything is so well maintained and well thought out. The bedrooms are all a great size and the ratio of bedrooms to bathrooms is amazing! Because of the way the house is organised, it meant the children could sleep uninterrupted on the top floor whilst the party continued downstairs.

The communal areas like the sitting rooms and kitchen and hallway provide more than enough space for hosting – we were so lucky with the weather so we could be outside – but there is plenty of space indoors for activities – like the billiards room, big sitting rooms (we had a band) The kitchen is so well equipped and dining room can fit 25 ish people.

The grounds and facilities are so well looked after – it was just the best setting. The drive on the lead up to the house, and then the lambs in the field behind. And then the pool house and tennis court!!! This house is amazing!!!!

Additionally nothing was too much trouble, Tracey was so lovely and helpful throughout the booking process.

We was extremely lucky to find the beautiful Nedging Hall to host our wedding party and it truly was a dream come true.

The house and the grounds are absolutely stunning and it was a wonderful way to spend the weekend with our family and friends. The inside of the house is immaculate with everything you need. On arrival all our family and friends were totally stunned with the beautiful grounds and space inside. The pool house is an amazing addition, we had a really fun evening in here before the wedding having a pool party. The billiards room is also a great space.

More importantly, the team at Nedging are absolutely fabulous. Tracey was always on hand with any questions I needed answering and so helpful with the wedding planning process. We really did have the best day of our lives and a lot of that was down to Nedging Hall being our backdrop. Thank you so much!

We rented this 9/10 bedroom house for a family weekend away. There are 21 of us (ages 17-86) Nedging Hall was perfect. The house was immaculate as was the Indoor Swimming Pool and Tennis court. Everything has been done to such a high standard. The fridges, the dishwashers, the very classy coffee machine, (there is even an ice machine) – was all “high end” We catered for ourselves and the kitchen was very well equipped – making it so much easier to make a Fry Up and Roast etc for the large numbers. There are hundreds of coffee cups and wine glasses, plates, cutlery etc. We mooched in to a nice pub in town but didn’t need to or want to leave the house and grounds. We had Brunch on the way home in Harleigh, which is ideal for that. I loved the fact that it felt like a home, there were coffee beans in the cupboards, lots of equipment where it was needed and everything about it said “please share our lovely home”. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommended. (There are 2 steps down to the ensuite which might be relevant as was an issue for my disabled Dad and he struggled as no shelves in the shower and he can’t bend to get wash stuff but none of this ruined anything – just … pointing it out.)

We had the most amazing and unreal time at Nedging Hall! Everything is impeccable, the amenities are amazing and you have a huge estate to your disposal. Kitchen and bedrooms fully equipped with anything you may need. Tracey and her team were super helpful and understanding for everything. Cannot recommend it enough!!!!

Attended a wedding/anniversary all weekend celebration and it totally ticked all the boxes. What a stunning location; spacious beautifully decorated house with well equipped kitchen, and wonderful grounds with plenty to do… Don’t miss a walk around the large pond and Japanese garden, enjoy a game of tennis, table tennis or have a dip in the pool, refresh in the sauna, or relax on the sun loungers.

We had the most magical time at Nedging Hall in Suffolk. Every detail was meticulously thought out, and everything is beautifully designed and immaculate. There are no cheap, corner-cutting elements at Nedging Hall. Everything is of the highest quality, from the kitchen and bedrooms to the swimming pool and garden. The customer service was exceptional. My guests, who came from all over the world, were absolutely blown away by the place. We would book Nedging Hall again in a heartbeat. It’s a wonderful place with wonderful people.

Had the most amazing couple of day’s away with some close friends at Nedging Hall. The house is stunning, feels like a home from home. The grounds are immaculate and the staff are so friendly. My children had the best time playing in the swimming pool and in the grounds. Cannot wait to visit again!

What a magical venue Nedging Hall is. Set in magnificent grounds with all the amenities families, larger groups and parties will need. As a party of 20 with lots of children and dogs Nedging supplied everything required to make our stay a home from home. The layout of the house offers cozy areas, a fabulous dining room and games room for a late night game of snooker over a night cap. Great WiFi, sound system and plenty to explore nearby if you can tear yourself away. Nedging Hall is a special place seeped in history and character. The most amazing long weekend at Nedging Hall. The hall is stunning, very comfortable and incredibly well equipped for large groups. We were a large group of friends with kids and dogs. All the bedrooms were large and very comfortable (ample space for travel cots and beds for toddlers), each with their own bathroom. The kitchen is very well equipped for large groups (two dishwashers!). There’s plenty of space for everyone to sit and enjoy dinner together while the kids and dogs run around tiring themselves out. The setting is stunning with beautifully maintained gardens. Thanks so much Nedging Hall – we didn’t want to leave!

Nedging Hall in Suffolk is amazing! We had the best time from the moment we arrived. The place is gorgeous, both inside and out, with lovely decor and super comfortable rooms. The views are stunning, and the staff made us feel right at home with their friendly and attentive service. We felt so relaxed and well taken care of. Can’t wait to come back and enjoy it all again! Highly recommend!

Nedging Hall is a really special place – stunning grounds, beautiful interiors & spacious, comfortable rooms to lounge in. We enjoyed using the swimming pool & sauna & loved eating al fresco on the long table in the garden overlooking the greenery. My staff at www.sunflowershine.co.uk love to clean here though because it’s a gem in the countryside and the staff from the estate the admin, the grounds and the maintenance guys are so genuine and love this place too. It’s a home from home and cosy while being stately and grand. It’s a wonderful place at any time of the year but really special in winter with log burning fires (wood supplied from managed forestry on the estate) and inspired planting outside so there is always something surprising with colour and new life even in depths of the cold. The pool is better than many spas offer and we detail to perfection.

An added bonus is that we now add a small but wonderful selection of Mauldons Ales so you can try them out when you stay. Add that to the gorgeous coffee provided in the machine and you’re arriving to a very merry mood !

My other half and I were very lucky to spend the best day of our lives at Nedging Hall – our wedding.

It was a perfect day, and Nedging Hall (house and people – Tracy, Matt, Charlie, Freddie and all of the staff) were a huge part of what made our day so amazing.

We wanted our wedding to be as fun and relaxed as possible for our guests, and Nedging Hall was the ideal venue to allow people to enjoy themselves.

Elke married us in the cute little church across the road from the house, we ate Freddie’s delicious food in the open air in the garden, the kids had the time of their lives, we drank impressive quantities of alcohol and ended the night with dancing in the barn.

Having a couple of days in the hall with our favourite people before and after the wedding made it even more special – bbq, pizza, brunch, swimming, walking around the grounds.

I could go on and on. It was perfect, and exactly the kind of wedding we’ve both always dreamed off. Thank you Nedging Hall. Charlie

Stunning Hall is located in beautiful grounds. Every room is finished to a high standard. Paintings adorn the walls, dripping with antiques. Perfect for a family gathering, wedding, or a bespoke party. Not forgetting the sea salt pool, sauna, and sun loungers.

We have just had the most amazing long weekend at Nedging Hall. All our family of 14, ranging in age from 2 to 72, had a superb time. There was something for everyone, from blissfully comfortable beds in large bedrooms and superb bathrooms, to the most extraordinary huge games room, where some of the party couldn’t resist continuing their snooker competitions until 3am, ready to drop into those comfortable beds. We played tennis on a high quality newly renovated hard court, table tennis in a nearby barn, and probably the highlight was the beautiful swimming pool. We spent our mornings swimming, enjoying the sauna, perfecting diving techniques and generally having fun in the warm. Afternoons were spent walking around the beautiful grounds, enjoying all the facilities and going for long muddy walks in order to build up our appetites for evenings spent in the huge dining room, . Because of the wide age range we decided to self-cater, so we made good use of the wonderful kitchen facilities and the huge range cooker, and all of us sat in sublime comfort around the enormous dining table. Nedging Hall has it all, from a large elegant drawing room, with a beautiful Christmas tree at this time of year, to two TV sitting rooms/snugs. There was space for everyone. It is a place of dreams and we can’t wait to return!

Where to start, I could not recommend Neding Hall enough, we had the warmest welcome form Lucie, who also showed us around when we arrived. We were 20 people in a wide age range, and it was always something for everyone to do. The pool is huge and was defiantly one of the favourite activities as well as the tennis court and the Game room. The rooms are specious and the beds where very comfortable and it was plenty of space for us all to stay. In all we would love to come back to this wonderful place, Thank you Lucie x

As a large group of family and friends staying over New Year, Nedging Hall couldn’t have been more perfect. Supper comfortable accommodation for 25 with amenities to keep all age groups happy, particularly the huge indoor pool and the snooker table. Will hopefully be the first trip of many, thank you Lucie and the team

We booked Nedging Hall for my parents belated 60th birthday’s as well as a post-covid get together for 10 adults, 1 child, 2 babies and a dog. What a fantastic hidden gem. The house (it’s huge) is exceptional, the facilities are of the highest quality; from the kitchen to the bbq, to the billiards room. The Pool house is by far the biggest and best pool I’ve ever been in (and salt water!, in a residential setting. Our 4 year old learnt to swim here and never wanted to leave. The grounds are stunning, the lake, the japanese garden and the walled garden are all beautiful and well maintained, and having the Suffolk punches greeting you from the opposite field just made our time even more magical.

For a week long stay you never need to leave the site, it has everything you could need and more.

Special shout out also to Lucie, the hostess and manager, she was attentive and on hand whenever we needed anything or had any questions. The Nedging Estate is definitely doing great things. I would rebook Nedging Hall in a heartbeat.

Stayed here for a corporate retreat, and it was amazing. Excellent facilities, wonderful pub just down the road (Bildeston Crown) and the team were incredibly helpful throughout. Would highly recommend and will likely be back!

Spent a wonderful weekend at a friend’s 40th… Nedging Hall had everything a group would want and the highest guality facilities- pool, snooker, could have stayed there all week! They’ve managed to keep it feeling like a beautiful English country house and not ruined by Airbnb-ification.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The pictures they post are real. The house is beautiful. The bedrooms are large, full of sunlight with wonderful leaded windows. The game room with the snooker table is a great place for family evenings. The details are tremendous – high quality cotton linens and towels. Lovely shampoo and body lotion in each of the many bathrooms. Lots of thick white towels in the house and the pool house. The kitchen has a cook’s dream of a stove, two large fridges, and a wine/beer cooler in the pantry. The grounds are spectacular. Down by the lake there are lovely secluded benches perfect for reading a book. The vegetable gardens, orchard, flower gardens, koi pond and pastures are bucolic. It’s so peaceful and relaxing – you can’t imagine! We’re lucky enough to have two horses at the moment in the pasture in front of the house. The place is spectacular- rent it!!!!!

I had a lovely stay at Nedging Hall on Monday evening. Lucie, Matthew & Charlie were very hospitable and Miles gave us a great tour of the amazing gardens Nedging Hall has to offer. The views from the estate are fabulous and the pool is amazing for a morning dip before breakfast. Highly recommend and thank you again for a lovely stay.

Great house, but only comfortable for 12-16 guests, not 30 people.

We spent weekend at Nedging, beautiful grounds, average house, great bedrooms (no en-suite), comfortable beds, very clean, well equipped, good pool, very good games room, Management (Helen) was very accommodating.

However, there is no space for 30 people, max 16 guests. (Kitchen only sits 5, dining room sits 16 people, TV room 7 people. No TV in bedrooms at all, 11 people in Sitting room). So don’t book for more then 16 people.

Also be very careful when booking, what size of group you are, if you are unsure at time of booking, rather don’t book this house, we put down 2 guests at time of booking, for sake of booking as we were unsure exact numbers at time if booking, that came to bite us big time and owners didn’t want to honour the clause in the contract for reduced occupancy 20-30% reduction, because we put down two guests in the booking, which wss ludicrous.
