Both properties are single-storey and fully wheelchair accessible, with tiled floors, extra wide doors, oodles of space and ramped access to the entrances, gardens and pool areas.
Birnam Retreat
The huge, open-plan living area is the perfect space for cooking, dining, socialising or kicking back to relax and watch a movie or read a book.
The contemporary kitchen area has everything you need to whip up delicious meals, with plenty of workspace and bar seating to sit and chat with the chef, or grab a coffee and read the paper.

There are five, large, sumptuous bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, providing a cosy escape at the end of days spent exploring.
The Olive Grove
The Olive Grove is smaller, but equally perfectly formed.
There’s another wonderful open-plan living space with brilliantly equipped kitchen, large dining area, cosy seating, and huge doors leading onto a decked area with wonderful views.
There are three luxurious en-suite bedrooms, all with doors onto the garden.
Outside
Step outside into beautifully landscaped gardens, with plenty of space for games or simply relaxing and enjoying the views over the surrounding countryside. The spacious decked areas are perfect for barbecues or alfresco dining, and the dedicated play area will keep the little ones entertained for hours.
For the ultimate indulgence, there are two wonderful swim spa and hot tubs for the kids to splash around in, or adults to lie back and relax.
There’s off road parking for up to 9 cars, and an EV charging point.

About The Location
The Ultimate Royal Retreat is situated in the beautiful Kent countryside, within easy reach of London via the M2 and A2.
The nearest train station is Sandwich, around 4km away.
Things To Do
For adventure seekers, there’s wakeboarding, bubble football, archery, and more to enjoy nearby.
The ancient town of Sandwich is just seven minutes away. One of the best-preserved medieval ports in the country, there are ancient buildings, nature reserves and wonderful pubs and cafes. There are also some wonderful walking trails if you’re feeling energetic.
The medieval walled City of Canterbury is around thirty minutes away, with a huge range of historic sites, cobbled streets and famous Cathedral. The city is a melting pot for creativity with vibrant nightlife and a packed calendar of events all year round.
If you’re craving sea and sand, the Kent coast is around twenty minutes. You can build sandcastles on the golden sands of Deal Beach, indulge in classic fish and chips by the seaside in Margate, or simply lose yourself in a peaceful stroll along the scenic shores of Stone Bay.
