Steeped in history Harriet Hall is a magnificently restored Grade II* listed manor house set within 21 acres of parkland on the outskirts of Solihull. The hall dates back to the mid-19th century after its predecessor was torn down.
Lovingly rescued from disrepair, every inch has been brought back to life and is now ready to be enjoyed.
Despite its sense of seclusion, the house is remarkably well connected; just 7 minutes from the M42, 15 minutes from Birmingham International Airport, and 15 minutes from the NEC. Local attractions include Warwick Castle, historic Stratford Upon Avon and Birmingham city centre
This beautiful building offers up to 7,000 square feet of living space and includes a large kitchen, dining room with seating for up to 18 guests, 3 further reception rooms and a cinema room. Upstairs you will find five double bedrooms capable of sleeping up to 16. A sofa bed sleeping an additional 2 can be found in the Morning Room downstairs – ideal for any family members with mobility issues. Two of the upstairs bedrooms are en-suite, with the remaining sharing a mezzanine family bathroom. Interiors are rich with character with jewel and pastel tones, ornate ceilings and marble fireplaces. Expect Super King beds, a pillow menu and contemporary comforts to ensure a thoroughly relaxed stay.
There’s no shortage of ways to fill your time: challenge the group to table tennis, indoor basketball or a board game, settle in for a film in the cinema room, or gather round one of the log fires. Outside, the parkland setting delivers far-reaching views and the gentle company of grazing horses.
The property is entirely yours during your stay. Please note the property is semi detached and the owners live in the wing next door. Your privacy is incredibly important to us and you will not see or hear the owners unless you require assistance

The original house was built in the 1600’s and was designed by Inigo Jones. See if you can spot the John Constable painting of this in our kitchen
Edmund's Favourite Feature
“Seven minutes from the M42 and a quarter of an hour from the NEC, and yet you look out at parkland and grazing horses. The house had gone a long way into disrepair before the owners took it on, and the ornate ceilings and marble fireplaces have all been brought back.”
