House Fact

Originally a Georgian farmhouse with a Victorian extension, the property has been lovingly restored, blending character features with modern comforts.

Edmund's Choice of Extraordinary Feature

“Hall Garth is a beautifully done Georgian farmhouse on the edge of Leven, properly modernised in 2018 without losing the bones. I particularly like that there are two sitting rooms – one for the noisy half of the party with the woodburner going, one for the quiet half with a book. The hot tub doesn’t hurt either.”
