Hyll is a restored 14th-century manor turned quietly luxurious hotel in the Cotswolds. With 26 unique bedrooms, each with its own quirks and features, the hotel balances country-house charm with contemporary comfort. Rooms come with Naturalmat mattresses, Verden toiletries, Dyson hairdryers, Grind coffee machines, minibars with fridges, and in-room treatments such as massages and facials.
Our restaurant seats 50 and celebrates fresh, seasonal flavours, with the Head Chef working closely with producers across the Gloucestershire countryside and the Vale of Evesham. Breakfast is served 7:30–10am on weekdays and 8:00–10:30am on weekends. Guests can enjoy an all-day menu from 12–9pm, afternoon tea from 14:00–16:00, dinner from 18:30–21:00, and traditional Sunday lunches.
Set within 56 acres of gardens and grounds, Hyll offers space to wander or do nothing at all.

Location and Things to Do
Hyll sits in the heart of the Cotswolds, surrounded by postcard villages and rolling hills. Chipping Campden is just 10 minutes away, Stow-on-the-Wold 15, and Broadway 20. Each room includes a pocket book called Do Something, filled with our favourite local walks, hidden corners, and slow adventures from browsing antique shops to lingering in tearooms. Guests can dip into the best of the Cotswolds at their own pace, returning to Hyll for quiet corners, firesides and long views.
