Holly House

Holly House is a spacious, private self-catering house for groups of up to 40 guests near Belper in Derbyshire. With 16 bedrooms, generous social spaces, a cinema room, hot tub and seasonal swim spa, it is well suited to family gatherings, reunions, retreats and corporate stays.

Recently refurbished, the house has been designed to feel calm, comfortable and welcoming, with interiors inspired by the surrounding countryside and mature trees. It offers larger groups plenty of room to gather together, while also providing quieter spaces for guests who want to relax.

The conservatory provides a generous setting for group meals and celebrations, while the kitchen is designed to make catering for larger groups straightforward.

Facilities include generous preparation space, ovens, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettles, fridges, freezer and two dishwashers. External caterers are welcome by prior agreement.

CINEMA AND ENTERTAINMENT SPACE

The lower ground floor includes a dedicated cinema and entertainment room with a 100-inch television, games console and karaoke facilities.
