At its heart is a charming hamlet of seven individually designed properties, accommodating up to 54 guests. Interiors are elegant yet relaxed, featuring curated details, expansive entertaining spaces, and views across woodland and rolling countryside. The estate also features a beautifully restored Great Barn for gatherings of up to 70 seated or 150 standing guests, alongside extensive outdoor spaces ideal for private dining, retreats, brand activations, celebrations, and bespoke multi-day experiences of any scale. With manicured lawns, woodland clearings, panoramic valley views, a swimming pool, tennis court, and a dedicated on-site team, the estate is designed for fully tailored escapes and events in one of the most private settings in the Hambleden Valley. One of the two main properties on the Burrow Farm Estate, Burrow Farmhouse is an exceptional Grade II listed manor house dating back to the 15th century. It features six en-suite bedrooms (plus 2 bedrooms in adjoining Chicken House) and five luxurious living spaces. The Shoot Lodge is a beautiful Grade II listed lodge dating back to the 15th century. It offers six stunning bedrooms and four luxurious living spaces. (Individual rental rate from £2,025 per night / £14,175 per week).
The Chicken House is a charming 16th-century Grade II listed cottage adjoining the Great Barn. It features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, open-plan living and kitchen space, and a beautiful walled garden. (Available individually as part of Burrow Farmhouse.
Barley Cottage is the most accessible property on the estate. Set across one level with an open-plan kitchen, dining room, and snug, it is positioned with beautiful views over rolling fields. (Individual rental rate from £375 per night / £2,625 per week).
Perched at the top of a wildflower meadow with spectacular views over the Chiltern Hills sits an enchanting shepherd’s hut.
