Situated amidst picturesque wooded grounds, the manor provides versatile accommodation options for up to 96 guests. The 41 ensuite bedrooms include 6 ground-floor bedrooms, providing perfect accommodation for guests of limited mobility.

There’s a super social large lounge, dining room, and bar area. The exceptional games room provides a snooker table and a mini-casino.
There are 8 elegant ensuite bedrooms, including 3 family rooms and a beautiful four-poster bedroom.
The kitchens are exceptionally equipped for self-catering for large groups. External caters can also be arranged.
Three further properties are interlinked, with spacious outdoor areas perfect for barbecues, evening drinks and playtime for children and dogs.
Each property features fully equipped kitchens and spacious living and dining areas. Plus, there are two additional games rooms to keep you entertained. Games rooms come complete with pool tables, table football, a vintage Pac-Man arcade game, and more!
A further 11 ensuite bedrooms will be added in 2025, accommodating up to 114 guests.
In the grounds, enjoy exploring acres of wildlife-rich woodland. Or pop up to the historic Victorian Folly for fabulous views across the Menai Strait to Anglesey.

Plas y Bryn is located close to the A4781, around 4 miles from the World Heritage town of Caernarfon. The Snowdonia National Park is around 20 minutes’ drive.

A short drive away is the bustling market town of Caernarfon, with its’ famous 13th-century castle. The town also has a pretty waterfront area with amazing views across the Menai Straight.
Just 20 minutes away is the Snowdonia National Park. You can walk or cycle through beautiful valleys and over glorious peaks. Water sports abound on tranquil lakes surrounded by stunning mountain scenery.
With the stunning North Wales coastline just a short distance away, there are countless options for beautiful beaches and coastal strolls.
