About Glansevin Mansion
Set in 10 acres of private grounds, Glansevin was built during the Napoleonic war as a family home, it is now into its 3rd century as a residence. From the 16th century, until after World War II, the house was the seat of one of the oldest surviving families in Wales. Both lines of the family are of Celtic and royal origin, with connections from Edward I and Tendwr Mawr (Tudor the Great). The oldest part of the house – bedroom 10 and the sitting room below it – was known as the Tudor House.
We are very happy to consider smaller groups at Glansevin from one support/household bubble or groups of six plus children under 10 years, if you fall into this category please get in touch to find out the considerably reduced costs that we're able to offer you to stay at Glansevin Mansion. In the meantime we're continuing to take bookings from next Spring for higher numbers.
