Fairlea Grange is a historic, gothic townhouse in the heart of Abergavenny oozing with character and charm for up to 24 guests.
The house is split over four levels and has plenty of social spaces for the entire group to enjoy, including a large main lounge with an ornate fireplace, complete with a log burning stove and tall bay windows. There’s a further two beautifully decorated lounges, two modern kitchens (one on the ground floor and one in the basement), a drawing room, a cosy dining room and snug.
Fairlea Grange has 9 bedrooms, with 7 en-suite bathrooms split between the basement and first & second floors. The second floor bedrooms boast views over the town and across to the Welsh mountains.

What a house. Ostentatious and grand. Excellent for a family get together. All the facilities you could need. It's a shame that the place is not being preserved more carefully. Age has caught up with the old girl and she needs more than a few quid lavishing on her to get her back to her former glory. That said, still a great venue to relax and explore Abergavenny , a lovely town with plenty to see and do. It's

Beautiful property in a lovely location. Some of the fixtures and fittings are a bit tired but it was still a very enjoyable stay.

Amazing, well equipped and very clean and comfortable. It's like a maze with loads of rooms for for different activities like games or just reading. There is a wonderful basement where we had a good old jam (musical family) for our New Year Bash.

Amazing Victorian home, with enough rooms to sleep at least 25 people comfortably and room for more (perfect for a large family holiday), hot tub and sauna add to the experience, accommodation is excellent, comfy beds and most bedrooms with ensuite or sink and shower, well catered for in the kitchen for plates, glasses and cooking equipment, and with wood for the fire pit outside or wood burning stoves around the house. Gas BBQ. Very clean, owner is very friendly and pleasant. Will definitely be back.

Fairlea Grange is a big old house in Abergavenny. Its in need of some restoration and bringing up to date. The showers were not very good we were at the top of the house and there was not enough water pressure to use the shower. The kitchen is good both of them and rooms are a good size. Decoration would not go a miss and some new furniture would be nice. I could go on but all in all it is a nice house and the outside is a great area.
