The house sleeps 18 people (plus up to 2 children) in nine beautifully presented bedrooms, three of which are en-suite. The remaining six bedrooms share two large family bathrooms There’s also a downstairs’ cloakroom.
Ladyham Hall has been carefully renovated and retains impressive original features, such as the plaster-work ceiling in the library, and the oak-paneled dining room (which seats twenty in comfort). The front hall is known as the ‘Griffin Hall’, for its magnificent carved newel post.
There is also a large and well-appointed kitchen (with an Aga and additional butlers’ pantry), that leads into a glorious light-filled conservatory, over-looking the garden.
The drawing room offers a comfortable retreat after dinner, and on summers’ evening, the French windows can be flung wide onto the garden.
