With six luxurious ensuite bedrooms, including two family rooms, the house comfortably accommodates up to 16 adults plus children. Two of the double rooms feature exquisite antique French beds.

The cosy living room comes with comfortable seating and a fireplace. It’s the perfect place for children, dogs, and adults to unwind after days spent exploring the glorious Devon countryside.

There’s a wonderful dining room for sit-down meals with all the family, complete with a stunning polished wood table and huge open fire.

The traditional country kitchen overlooks a picturesque, paved courtyard and is set up with everything you need to cater for a big family group.

There are more than enough facilities to keep all ages entertained. The fabulous games room features table tennis, a pool table, and a bar area. And don’t forget the skittle alley!

Outside there are even more things to do.

Adults can relax in one of the two hot tubs or rejuvenate in the Sauna.

For the children, the amazing children’s play area comes complete with a trampoline, slides, swings, and a sandpit.

An expansive lawn provides plenty of space for football and family games. And the 2-mile bridle path around the farm is perfect for a family stroll with the dogs after dinner.

Sutton Barton farmhouse sits approximately 4.5 miles away from the A35 and the vibrant market town of Honiton. Exeter is a convenient half-hour drive away.

Just 20 minutes away lies the stunning World Heritage Jurassic Coast.

If traveling from London, expect a journey of about 3.5 hours.

The historic city of Exeter is around half an hour away, with its’ glorious Cathedral and medieval buildings. The vibrant Quay area offers a variety of water sports and lots of brilliant places to eat and drink.

Sutton Barton Farmhouse is situated on the edge of the East Devon Natural Landscape (previously AONB), with endless opportunities for walking, cycling horse-riding, and water sports close by.

The beautiful village of Beer is just 10 miles away. Hop onto the Southwest Coastal path that runs through the village for a stunning walk along the Jurassic Coast. The small coves and caves along the coast are perfect for crabbing and rock pooling. Or you can simply sit in the sunshine and absorb the glorious views.
