This historic manor is set on the edge of the Badminton Estate in the pretty hamlet of Petty France.

With period features throughout, the property has been thoughtfully renovated with all the modern conveniences you expect for a luxury staycation or celebration.

The huge, contemporary kitchen is brilliantly equipped for big groups, with four ovens, a wine cooler, ice machine and several American-style fridges. If you prefer to be catered for in style, you can arrange for an award-winning chef to come along and add an extra special touch to your celebration.

The elegant, light-filled dining room has a cosy fire and is the perfect place for big celebration meals with family and friends.

The cosy lounge area has an open fire, Smart TV and huge sash windows overlooking the garden. There’s even a stylish bar for whipping up a cocktail or two.

There are six stylish bedrooms and four bathrooms, including two bedrooms on the ground floor. Additional beds are available, accommodating up to 28 guests in total.

Outside is a sunny, south-facing garden with countryside views. You can enjoy a barbecue on the patio, or relax under the stars in the hot tub.

There’s ample space for children and pets to play, with a trampoline at the end of the garden providing the opportunity for endless hours of fun.

About The Location

The pretty hamlet of Petty France sits on the edge of the Badminton Estate, close to the Cotswold Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

Just 5 minutes from the M4 motorway, the manor is within easy reach of Bristol and Bath, and around 2 ½ hours from London.

The nearest airport is Bristol, around 45 minutes away. If travelling by train, Chippenham station is around 30 minutes drive.

Sitting on the edge of the Cotswolds, there’s ample opportunity for walking and cycling through stunning countryside, or exploring charming Cotswold towns such as Bourton-on-the-Water and Moreton-in-Marsh.

The World Heritage City of Bath, with its stunning Abbey and independent shops, is around 25 minutes away. The City of Bristol is around half an hour’s drive.

The famous Westonbirt Arboretum is just 15 minutes from the house, and the National Trust’s Dyrham Park with its’ baroque country house and ancient deer park is also close by.
