Inside, the elegant accommodation stretches across four floors.

On the ground floor, a grand entrance hall leads to a series of impressive reception rooms, including a large, light-filled drawing room with stunning views of the grounds.

For post-dinner entertainment, a games room and a separate TV room provide options for everyone.

There’s a beautiful, panelled dining room for grand meals, with French doors opening onto the gardens.

House Facts

Formerly an estate, built in 1718, the home of the Loch family, the area became the site of a major housing scheme in the 1950s designed to rehouse the occupants of Leith. It is on the A902 road. Its name comes from the Scots language and means "hill without a spring".
