Glansevin Mansion is an impressive mansion located in the Towy Valley at the western foothills of the Bannau Brycheiniog (formerly Brecon Beacons) National Park. Set over 5 acres of private grounds, Glansevin was built during the Napoleonic War as a family home; it is now in its 3rd century as a residence.

From the 16th century, until after World War II, the house was the seat of one of the oldest surviving families in Wales. Both lines of the family are of Celtic and royal origin, with connections from Edward I and Tendwr Mawr (Tudor the Great). The oldest part of the house – bedroom 11 and the sitting room below it – was known as the Tudor House.
