Sussex Manor is a beautiful period manor house set on the outskirts of the medieval village of Robertsbridge.
With its sweeping driveway elegantly decorated interior and 15 acres, it’s a perfect blend of old and new, making it a wonderful location for parties of family and friends.
The house sleeps 26 guests in 12 bedrooms, 3 of which are en-suite and one with the largest wet room you’ve probably ever seen! All the bedrooms are light and spacious with draped curtains and sumptuous fabrics, it’s quite the rock star house.
The bedroom arrangement is two on the ground floor, with cloakroom access, using the upstairs bathroom with the remaining ten bedrooms on the first and second floors.
On the ground floor is a large, oak panelled dinning room connecting to a richly decorated sitting room with comfy sofas and views across the gardens.

There’s also a large, contemporary kitchen with everything you need to prepare the meals for the entire group.
Heading outside, there’s an outdoor pool (open July and August) with loungers, overlooking the gardens.
To keep the children entertained (and the adults too) there’s a trampoline, outdoor play area, and giant games to enjoy outside. If the weathers not so great, the house also offers Netflix and Apple TV.
Edmund’s Choice of Extraordinary Feature
“This house is perfect to relax and unwind with your friends and family, but my favourite thing would have to be pool and the bar. Sitting in the lounger, sipping a nice cold drink and watching the children play in the pool would be the icing on the cake for me!”
